PetClaimAppeal provides a template tool that assists users in structuring and generating appeal letters for denied pet insurance claims. The output provided by the Service is intended for educational, self-help, and informational purposes only.

PetClaimAppeal is not a law firm, nor are we licensed veterinarians. We do not provide legal advice, veterinary advice, or insurance underwriting services. The documents generated by our Service do not constitute legal representation or guaranteed insurance coverage. You are solely responsible for reviewing the accuracy of any documents generated before submitting them to your insurance provider.
3. Purchases and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PetClaimAppeal and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PetClaimAppeal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
